Do you need to break walls?
No. In new builds we lay all the cabling during construction. In finished homes we use wireless Zigbee devices that replace your existing switches in the same boxes, and curtain motors that fit standard tracks.
Does the system work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Switches keep working normally and your scenes keep running locally through the smart gateway. Only control from outside the home and voice assistants need the internet, and they come back as soon as it does.
Can I control my home from outside?
Yes. From anywhere in the world through the Tuya Smart / Smart Life app on your phone, with instant notifications from cameras, the door and sensors.
Can it be installed after finishing?
Yes. Wireless devices install without breaking walls or damaging paint, in apartments and villas that are already finished or lived in.
How long is the warranty?
5 years on the systems we install, with maintenance and support after handover.
Can the system be expanded later?
Yes. Start with what you need and add rooms or devices any time. Everything joins the same app and gateway, and one gateway handles up to 100 devices.
Does it work with Alexa or Google?
Yes. Control lights, curtains and A/C by voice with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, and some of our wall panels have Alexa built in.
